This is delivered on a one to one basis with a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapist. We offer a confidential and professional service in comfortable surroundings.
Specialisms include stress and anxiety, depression, bereavement, eating disorders, relationship issues, family breakdown, low self-esteem & performance anxiety. The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council
The cost per session for therapy is £60 with an average expectation of eight sessions. Each session lasts 90 minutes. The number of sessions required will differ on an individual basis.
A therapy service for young people (18 and under) or those on state benefits is offered at a half price rate. Our experienced psychotherapist has clearance in an enhanced disclosure as carried out by the criminal records bureau (CRB).
